1. Who We Are
Buddy Card is a service operated by Biz Buzzio Digital Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales.

Buddy Card provides a hybrid printed and digital system that helps businesses make it easy for happy customers to:
Share completed work on social media
Leave Google reviews
Refer friends and family
2. Who Buddy Card Is For
Buddy Card is designed for Trades, Services & Professionals (TSPs) and similar independent businesses.
By subscribing to or using Buddy Card, you confirm that:
You are acting in a business capacity
You have authority to enter into this agreement
3. The Buddy Card System
The Buddy Card system may include:
Printed Buddy Cards
QR codes linking to digital hubs
Completion, Review, Social Share, and Referral forms
Control or admin hubs
Optional referral tracking and reward logging
We may improve or refine the system over time without materially reducing its core function.
4. 60-Day “Give-It-a-Go” Guarantee
We offer a 60-day Give-It-a-Go period to allow you to fairly test Buddy Card in real-world use.
Key points:
The 60 days begins from your activation date
Refund requests are accepted after day 60, not before
You must have actively used Buddy Card with customers during this period
If, after 60 days, you feel Buddy Card has not delivered value, you may request a refund of subscription fees paid during that period.
Refunds are not available where:
The system was not used with customers
Usage was minimal or inactive
Requests are made outside the stated window
5. Subscription & Billing
Subscription fees are billed at the agreed rate and schedule
Pricing may be promotional or time-limited
Continued use constitutes acceptance of the current price and terms
We reserve the right to change pricing for future billing periods with reasonable notice.
6. Referrals & Referral Rewards
Buddy Card may include referral features allowing customers to recommend your business.
Important notes:
Referral rewards are between you and your customer
Buddy Card does not guarantee referral outcomes
We do not enforce or mediate referral payments
You are responsible for fulfilling any promised referral reward
Buddy Card acts solely as a facilitator, not a party to referral agreements.
7. Reviews & Review Ethics
Buddy Card is designed to make it easy for customers to leave honest reviews.
We strictly prohibit:
Incentivising reviews with gifts, discounts, or cash
Asking for only positive reviews
Manipulating or gating review outcomes
You agree to use Buddy Card in line with:
Google’s review policies
Ethical and lawful business practices
Misuse may result in suspension or termination of service.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Misrepresent Buddy Card or its purpose
Use the system for spam or misleading activity
Interfere with QR codes, forms, or tracking systems
Use Buddy Card for illegal or unethical purposes
9. Data & Responsibility
You remain responsible for:
How you interact with customers
The content you request or share
Any rewards or claims you offer
We are not liable for disputes between you and your customers.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Buddy Card is provided “as is”
We do not guarantee specific results (reviews, referrals, revenue)
Our liability is limited to fees paid for the service
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
These Terms are breached
The system is misused
Legal or ethical standards are violated
You may cancel according to your subscription terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
